Booking & appointments

How do I book an appointment?

Tap any “Book” button and you’ll get a short form — choose your service and a preferred time, and it opens WhatsApp with your details ready to send. Saamna confirms your time in chat. Prefer to talk? Call or message us directly.

Do you take walk-ins?

Style by Saamna runs by appointment so every client gets undivided attention. If you’d like to come in the same day, message us — we’ll fit you in whenever there’s a gap.

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

For larger appointments such as bridal and group bookings, a deposit may be requested to hold your date. We’ll let you know at the time of booking if one applies.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Life happens — just give us as much notice as you can and we’ll gladly move your appointment to a time that suits you.

Bridal & occasions

Do you offer bridal trials?

Yes. A trial lets us perfect your look well before the big day. We recommend booking it a few weeks ahead so there’s time to refine every detail.

Do you do both hair and makeup for brides?

Yes — Saamna styles your hair and does your makeup herself, so the whole look is finished by one artist with a single eye on the result, start to finish.

Do you specialise in Nepali and South Asian bridal looks?

Absolutely. Bridal and engagement looks for Nepali, South Asian and every kind of celebration in Sydney are Saamna’s signature work.

How far in advance should I book for a wedding or event?

The earlier the better, especially in peak season. One to three months ahead is ideal so we can lock in your date and fit in a trial.

Do you travel to the venue or offer on-location bridal?

Message us with your date and location and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your celebration.

Do you offer men’s grooming?

Do you run makeup classes?

Yes — see the Classes page for what’s currently on offer, or message us about one-on-one lessons.

Where are you located, and is there parking?

We’re at Shop 3, 62–72 Queen Street, Auburn NSW 2144, in the heart of Western Sydney — easy to reach from Lidcombe, Granville, Berala and beyond. Street and nearby parking are available; message us if you’d like directions.

What are your opening hours?

We operate by appointment to suit your schedule rather than fixed shop hours. Message us and we’ll confirm a time that works for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We’ll confirm the accepted payment options when you book — just ask in chat.
